As an accredited holder of ISO 9001:2008 certification AYTB has a multi-level quality program that conforms to the 8 main clauses and sub clauses of the specification. This quality program serves as the umbrella document for AYTB. The quality program covers all activities that impact, or may impact quality as defined by the client and/or contractual requirements. Each area falling under the quality program is audited on a periodic basis.
The corporate QA/QC manager is responsible for scheduling and conducting these audits and assigns the audit team members, verifies their qualifications and assigns the areas to be audited. All audits findings are reported to the executive management and project management. The corporate QA/QC manager serves as the quality management representative and reports directly to the chief executive officer and gives guidance and makes recommendations to the quality committee. |
