| Overview |
| AYTB’s fabrication extensive in-house capabilities include multi-disciplined and experienced professionals. The company owns and operates fabrication facilities and lay down yards in Jubail, Yanbu and Qatar. The fabrication facilities are ASME certified (AYTB holds “U”, “PP”, “A”, “S” and “R” stamps) and are equipped with state of the art machinery; including automatic, semi-automatic and manual welding equipment. Furthermore, AYTB owns, operates and maintains a significant number of construction equipment, heavy lift machinery and tools to enhance its field construction capabilities. |
| Skids and Module |
| AYTB has successfully executed several contracts pertaining to assembly and installation of skids, furnaces and pipe rack modules, as well as re-building of furnaces for various petrochemical plants. Skids and modules for metering, injection, etc. were built and assembled in a module yard and transported to their final location. |
| Furnace & Boiler Revamp |
| Furnaces and boilers are critical components of industrial plants. AYTB is highly specialized in furnaces and boiler revamping works. It has successfully executed furnace and boiler revamping works in various hydrocarbon processing plants in the eastern and western provinces of Saudi Arabia. Works include overhauling, repairing jobs, partial and full re-tubing. |
| Piping Spools |
| AYTB has state of the art pipe spool fabrication facilities both in Jubail & Yanbu with the latest international technologies. AYTB is well experienced in process piping fabrication of all types of materials; from normal carbon steel, low temperature carbon steel, low alloy to high alloy steel and special alloy materials, ranging from small bore to large bore piping. |
| Plant Support Services |
| AYTB Fabrication services include workshop, field and plant support to the process industries by providing miscellaneous fabrication, erection, & construction work from its facilities at Jubail & Yanbu, as well as at the client’s plant site. AYTB fabrication team particularly prides itself on immediate response to client's urgent needs by mobilizing experienced supervisors, highly skilled manpower and necessary equipment and tools in a timely manner. Typical work includes emergency shutdowns due to unforeseen plant equipment failure, including repair of leaks (piping & heat exchangers), as well as general process plants operations support services. Presently AYTB is providing such plant support services to several clients under long term service contracts. |

| AYTB has secured ASME certification of “u”, “a”, “pp”, “s” and “r” stamps. AYTB has successfully executed fabrication and assembly of pressure piping and power boilers, manufactured pressure vessels and repair works for various industrial sectors. |
