AYTB understands respect and target implementation of various programs to promote and maintain the highest degree of physical, mental and social well-being of its employees in all occupations.
AYTB Management key objectives are to maintain and promote employees’ health and welfare, to improve work and living environments, thereby increasing overall safety and health consciousness throughout our workforce.
Our employees reside in quality accommodations, with a fully integrated medical team located on camp; providing quality health care initiatives through government and private health care facilities and /or specialized private clinics as required. AYTB health services conduct monthly mobile health checks of its employees, thereby minimizing heath risk and promoting individual employee health knowledge.
Camps’ multipurpose sports courts and gyms allow practicing many sportive activities; from volleyball and basketball to bowling, table tennis and billiard.
AYTB promotes and sponsors yearly tournaments in various sport's disciplines. |
