AYTB with 70% is the majority shareholder in MIS Arabia with the remaining share is held by Lamprell.

MIS Arabia was set up in 2001, reopening the fabrication facilities of Austrian Energy Arabia (AEA) in Jubail Industrial City. MIS Arabia’s core business line includes pressure vessels, columns, towers, reactors, de-aerators, slug catchers, fired heaters, scraper traps, S&T heat exchangers, evaporators, waste heat boilers, helixchangers, process skids & modules, flare stacks, shop fabricated tanks, O&M services and other technical services in various metallurgies like CS, LAS and with SS, Monel, nickel-alloy cladding.

AYTB and KBR joined efforts and signed a seven-year contract to provide refinery maintenance services for the Saudi Aramco Total Refining and Petrochemical Company (SATORP) in Jubail.

The JV will deliver full-service maintenance services at the SATORP refinery. Deliverables under the contract include overall site management and field supervision of a craft workforce covering all mechanical, electrical and instrumentation disciplines. KBR and AYTB will also provide detailed planning and scheduling services, execution of preventive and predictive maintenance programs, management of subcontractor activities and procurement of tools and equipment. Additional services include the development, in partnership with SATORP, of reliability and cost optimization programs.
