| AYTB started as a modest setup in Jubail and Yanbu providing manpower for maintenance services to newly established Petrochemical Industry. |
| 1980's |

| Construction and Fabrication business line was added to AYTB offering, teaming with a local provider to build eight 125,00 tons ethylene furnaces including pipe racks, erected as complete modules at an off-site location and then transported to its final destination. |
| 2000's |
- AYTB with JV partners set up MIS Arabia an industrial company fabricating pressure vessels, skids and various other products.

- AYTB Qatar was established offering the same scope of services as in Saudi Arabia.

- Industrial Services Division was added providing hydro jetting, vacuuming, chemical cleaning, catalyst management and related technical services.

KBR/AYTB Maintenance Company was established to provide services of “total maintenance outsource” to local industry. This unique first time concept of outsourced maintenance service was developed by SATORP an ARAMCO/TOTAL Joint Venture. AYTB KBR assumed responsibility of part of the new 400,000 bpd refinery’s maintenance as total maintenance service provider. |

AYTB acquired 70% of MIS Arabia adding 30%to its original share. |

As a manifestation to its presence in Jubail Industrial City, AYTB laid down the foundation for its new head quarter on the plot leased from the Royal Commission since 1979. The building shall obey all the standards set forth in the Royal Commission’s regulations. |

Late during the year, AYTB and Manoir Industries of France signed an MOU according to which AYTB would promote Manoir business in Saudi Arabia and Bahrain. It is thought to have later a JV to increase Manoir Industries’ Saudi content. |
